'clearing the mind' When we look out through our eyes, we are first looking out through our minds. The mind is faceted, limited, fragmented. What we see through our already limited eyes, is further fragmented through the many lenses of our minds. What we see, is not 'real', nor is it unreal. To see through the fragmentation, one must let all thoughts evaporate effortlessly away. What is left, when there is no longer a viewer looking at things which are viewed? Which then is outside the head, which is inside? Where do 'you' exist then? |
